We are pleased to announce our programme of Heritage Walks for this year.
New this year is the Trust’s very first Heritage Walk in Tickhill. The walks will be led by Steve Kimber and Andy Ward who have already taken over 1,300 guests on the Doncaster Heritage Walks in the last five years.
Doncaster North Walk

All the walks last approximately 2½ hours and the cost is £5 per person.
Numbers are limited to 20 per walk and advance booking is recommended.

This is a collaboration between Doncaster Civic Trust, Sheffield University and The Bower Wirks and is part of the Trust’s built environment education programme.

Join us on a choice of summer walks to explore the rich architectural heritage of the town centres of Doncaster and Bawtry.
The walks last approximately two and a half hours and the cost is £5 per person.

The Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is at 1 Priory Place next to the Mansion House. Contact or visit the TIC for further details about the walks and their routes.
The Doncaster North Walks start from Doncaster TIC at 10.30 am on Saturdays, on 18th April, 13th June and 8th August.
The Doncaster South Walks start from Doncaster TIC at 10.30 am on Saturdays, on 23rd May, 11th July and 22nd August.
The Bawtry Walks start from Cooplands Bakers, 1 Scot Lane, Bawtry at 6.00 pm on Wednesdays, on 27th May, 24th June and 15th July.
